We simplify and accelerate the funding journey by connecting businesses with lenders and investors through our technology-driven platform and expert advisory team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Role overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be working closely with the CSO to increase the use of business intelligence data and create processes for growth, with the aim of increasing productivity and profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The role requires strong analytical and problem solving capabilities; as well as excellent people skills to communicate and implement change. You will work alongside stakeholders across the business, from Sales and Operations through to our Product and Technology team.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Data-driven decision making<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive forward KPI reporting and monitoring across the teams to deliver growth and efficiency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track, analyse, and communicate key sales and operational KPIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve performance and support leadership decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Operational excellence<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee and continuously optimise Hubspot CRM to improve efficiency, scalability, and commercial performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify process gaps and implement sustainable, data-driven improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with data, product, and technology teams to deliver workflow automation and process enhancements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Lead management &amp; funnel performance<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and refine lead routing, scoring, and assignment logic to maximise speed and quality of engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and enforce internal SLAs to ensure timely follow-up and strong lead hygiene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse the full conversion funnel\u2014from inbound lead to deal won\u2014to identify bottlenecks and implement targeted improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp; experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including reporting, workflow management, and automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business analyst, data analyst or project management experience from fast-paced environments like start-ups, scale-ups,consultancy etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem solving and analytics, e.g. through MS Excel and tools like PowerBI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desirable<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in SME lending, funding operations, or financial process management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key attributes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analytical thinker who thrives on optimising processes and driving measurable improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a drive for operational excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive problem-solver focused on outcomes, efficiency, and impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Why Join Swoop?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salary: up to \u20ac57k DOE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn how an exciting business that\u2019s disrupting an industry is scaling up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a say in how the business evolves and scales within a start-up environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get to work with other excellent, like-minded experts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enjoy a transparent, friendly and collaborative culture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limitless challenge and scope for development.
