We’re expanding our London-based marketing team and seeking a Marketing Account Manager to develop and deliver a plan to drive awareness and demand generation activities within our partnership and advisor networks.
Our partner network consists of professional membership organisations, SME community groups, banks, funding providers, and large accountancy firms, each having their own network of SMEs, and therefore requiring specific and sometimes bespoke marketing efforts.
The role will involve working closely with our partners to ultimately drive revenue to our business via their networks. You’ll achieve this by ensuring partners have all the content, assets and tools they need to make this happen – ensuring the campaigns and events are scheduled and executed to the highest standards. You will also be directly involved in organising and activating campaigns to Swoop customers on partner propositions and products where necessary.
You will be responsible for delivering a strategy which builds growth and achieves customer acquisition targets from within our partner network through demand generation, co-marketing campaigns and proposition development. You’ll be responsible for delivery of effective marketing programmes including managing the regular delivery of content, webinars, workshops, events, training/education of partners’ communities, as well as budget management, ROI tracking and evaluation. You will take control of planning and executing fully integrated campaigns to drive overall demand of the Swoop platform.

We have offices in London, Dublin and Sydney. Our team will be able to choose how regularly they use an office, from predominately home-based to predominately office-based. However, we value the connections that meeting in-person can strengthen; those that ultimately choose to be home-based will be expected to travel to an office on an ad-hoc basis to meet with colleagues.
