Job description

We’re expanding our London-based marketing team and seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop and deliver a plan to seek and onboard new partners and deliver SME acquisition marketing activities within our partnership network.

Our current partner network consists of professional membership organisations, SME community groups, banks, franchise groups and more, each having their own network of SMEs, and therefore requiring specific and sometimes bespoke marketing efforts.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy which seeks and onboards new ‘customer acquisition partners’ as well as working closely with these partners to acquire new SME customers to Swoop. 

The role will involve two distinct skills – firstly working strategically to seek, win and onboard relevant new partners to our growing partner network. Secondly, once partners are onboarded, you will work closely with them to drive revenue to our business via their networks. You’ll achieve this by ensuring partners have all the content, assets and tools they need to sell Swoop within their networks – ensuring campaigns and events are scheduled and executed to the highest standards. 

You’ll be responsible for delivery of effective marketing programmes including managing the regular delivery of content, webinars, workshops, events, training/education of partners’ communities, as well as budget management, ROI tracking and evaluation. You will take control of planning and executing fully integrated campaigns to drive overall demand of the Swoop platform.

Our team will be able to choose how regularly they use an office, from predominately home-based to predominately office-based. However, we value the connections that meeting in-person can strengthen; those that ultimately choose to be home-based will be expected to travel to an office on an ad-hoc basis to meet with colleagues.
