Swoop is an exciting, fast-growing FinTech platform connecting SMEs to funding solutions and financial savings, taking the pain out of financing for SMEs. No more painful blind research, no more arduous application forms and no more black holes of information. Swoop leverages SME’s core data points and financial information to help business owners understand the funding landscape and uncover the best funding and saving options for them.
We’re thrilled to be growing our teams across our London, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney offices, and investing in taking our platform to new heights by making it accessible and available to all SMEs across UK and beyond.
We’re expanding our London-based marketing team and seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop and deliver a plan to seek and onboard new partners and deliver SME acquisition marketing activities within our partnership network.
Our current partner network consists of professional membership organisations, SME community groups, banks, franchise groups and more, each having their own network of SMEs, and therefore requiring specific and sometimes bespoke marketing efforts.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy which seeks and onboards new ‘customer acquisition partners’ as well as working closely with these partners to acquire new SME customers to Swoop.
The role will involve two distinct skills – firstly working strategically to seek, win and onboard relevant new partners to our growing partner network. Secondly, once partners are onboarded, you will work closely with them to drive revenue to our business via their networks. You’ll achieve this by ensuring partners have all the content, assets and tools they need to sell Swoop within their networks – ensuring campaigns and events are scheduled and executed to the highest standards.
You’ll be responsible for delivery of effective marketing programmes including managing the regular delivery of content, webinars, workshops, events, training/education of partners’ communities, as well as budget management, ROI tracking and evaluation. You will take control of planning and executing fully integrated campaigns to drive overall demand of the Swoop platform.
Although this role would ideally suit someone with B2B experience in a Fintech company, our team come from a variety of backgrounds and we welcome diversity – if you’re unsure, please apply.
Our team will be able to choose how regularly they use an office, from predominately home-based to predominately office-based. However, we value the connections that meeting in-person can strengthen; those that ultimately choose to be home-based will be expected to travel to an office on an ad-hoc basis to meet with colleagues.
As part of the Swoop family, we seek similar traits in our people. We’re all supportive, entrepreneurial, diverse, experimental, constant learners – and have a relentless drive for our customers’ success.
So, if you’re hungry to succeed within one of the most admired and respected new fintech businesses of today, we want to hear about it. Send us a covering letter and CV to email@example.com with the job title in the subject header.
