It\u2019s responsible for setting prudential standards and regulations governing the financial sector to ensure the stability and resilience of financial institutions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PA conducts ongoing supervision of regulated organisations to assess their financial health, <a href=\"https:\/\/swoopfunding.com\/na\/business-glossary\/risk-management\/\">risk management<\/a> practices, and compliance with the regulations.
