In the case of a bridging loan, this is usually when the property is sold, while for development finance it\u2019s when the property has been built. Finance is often released in stages until the project is completed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I find property development finance?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As with any type of financial product, it\u2019s crucial that you shop around and compare your options carefully.
