Jay Patel\u2019s Premier Express shop has been trading for five years, building a strong business with regular customers. For the last four years, it has also housed a Post Office, making the property home to essential services for the local community. 

When the freeholder offered to sell the whole site to their tenant, Jay went to his accountant who recommended Swoop.
