Select the ‘Users’ tab on the left of your screen. You’ll have the option to add another user on the right of the table.

Simply click on ‘add client’ in the top left-hand corner of your screen and you’ll be given the option to either upload the client yourself or invite them to do so. If you choose to invite them, we’ll just need their name and email address. Following this, they’ll be sent an email with a link to sign up.

Capital reports are a way for us to take a client’s publicly available information from a number of sources, such as Beauhurst, Companies House and Credit Safe and compile a report that shows what funding options could be explored.

To create these, all we need are the client’s company name and number. To request a capital report, either get in touch with your account manager or email advisor@swoopfunding.com

To view these reports once they’ve been completed, go to the ‘clients’ section of the platform, select the client whose report you want to view and go over to the document library.

You can monitor both of these on the ‘applications’ section of the platform. To view the application status and the fee you would receive upon completion, scroll to the right.

Once a client has been funded, it takes up to 30 days for us to receive payment from the funder. We will then pay you the appropriate commission within 7 days of that date.
