Position overview
We’re seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in
our fast-paced startup environment and is genuinely excited about making an impact for
small businesses leveraging technology. This isn’t just another sales role – it’s your
launchpad to becoming a business financing expert while building invaluable relationships
with our dynamic Swoop team and key industry partners. If you’re someone who sees every

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our growth
engine:
- Hunt and capture opportunities – Identify and pursue high-potential inbound and outbound funding prospects with relentless focus
- Pioneer new pathways – Experiment with new strategies to connect with clients, turning creative ideas into revenue-generating channels
- Be a trusted advisor – Build genuine relationships with business owners, understanding their unique challenges and matching them with funding solutions that fuel their success
- Drive marketing innovation – Partner with our marketing team to launch game-changing campaigns across social media, content, email, and beyond that resonate with small businesses
- Deliver exceptional experiences – Go above and beyond to ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service while driving commercial success

About You:
- Academic foundation with hunger to apply it – Recent graduate or 0-2 years’ experience with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, ready to translate learning into real-world impact
