Swoop Finance Pty Ltd has its registered address in Level 3, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia (ABN: 52 644 513 333 / ACN: 644513333). The company is a subsidiary and licensee of BizFly Limited which is registered in Ireland (company number 601838) and has its Registered Office at Kinnear Court, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, N91 TY40, Ireland. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user of the service.

We are a broker, not a finance provider.

Our Services

At Swoop, we help businesses access finance from a wide range of lenders, investors and government grant agencies that are suitable for your requirements and we help you make savings by comparing your costs for banking, utilities and other services with offers from other providers.

We identify solutions that are most suitable for your requirements (based on the information you disclose to us).

We will provide you with information about relevant finance providers and service providers, to ensure that you understand the conditions of any offer before you decide to proceed.

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products/options that may be available to you. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

For the avoidance of doubt, Swoop Finance Pty Ltd is not a lender, investor, grant provider or product provider; we are an Aggregator of Information Services Provider and a credit broker. The purpose of our service is to introduce you to suitable business finance providers and business service offerings.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide support for the service by email on support@swoopfunding.com or via our web chat service. However, we make no guarantee as to the availability or response time of the service, and we have the right to withdraw access at any time.

If for any reason you wish to make a complaint about our service, you can by emailing us at complaints.australia@swoopfunding.com. We will try to resolve your concern at the earliest time possible. Further details on how we handle complaints may be found in out Terms & Conditions.

Our Charges

We will not charge you any fee for our Credit Broker service, as we receive payment directly from the lender(s) based upon successful provision of finance.

We will not charge you for the provision of our comparison and switching service, as we receive payment directly from the service provider based upon successful provision of their service.

We may charge you for the provision of our service of matching your business to equity investors, based upon the successful provision of equity finance as a result of an introduction from Swoop. We will in this case provide you with an engagement letter setting out clearly the service we are offering, including how our matching service works and the payments due upon the successful provision of the service. This is to ensure you understand the conditions of the provision of services before you proceed. Swoop will only proceed with the provision of investment matching services upon receipt of a signed engagement letter by you.

If you would like to know how much we will be paid by the lender or other service providers, we will disclose this information to you on request.

When we provide services to you we will need to gather information about your personal circumstances. The information you provide to us will be subject to applicable Australian law. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about:

If at any time you wish us (or any company associated with us) to cease processing your personal data or sensitive personal data, or contacting you for marketing purposes, please email us at support@swoopfunding.com.

You may be assured that we and any company associated with us will treat all personal data and sensitive personal data as confidential and will not process it other than for a legitimate purpose. Steps will be taken to ensure that the information is accurate, kept up to date and not kept for longer than is necessary. Measures will also be taken to safeguard against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss or destruction or damage to the data.
