The company is a subsidiary and licensee of BizFly Limited which is registered in Ireland (company number 601838) and has its Registered Office at Kinnear Court, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, N91 TY40, Ireland. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user of the service.
We are a broker, not a finance provider.
At Swoop, we help businesses access finance from a wide range of lenders, investors and government grant agencies that are suitable for your requirements and we help you make savings by comparing your costs for banking, utilities and other services with offers from other providers.
We identify solutions that are most suitable for your requirements (based on the information you disclose to us).
We will provide you with information about relevant finance providers and service providers, to ensure that you understand the conditions of any offer before you decide to proceed.
You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products/options that may be available to you. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.
For the avoidance of doubt, Swoop Finance Ltd is not a lender, investor, grant provider or product provider; we are an Aggregator of Information Services Provider and a credit broker. The purpose of our service is to introduce you to suitable business finance providers and business service offerings.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide support for the service by email on support@swoopfunding.com or via our web chat service. However, we make no guarantee as to the availability or response time of the service, and we have the right to withdraw access at any time.
If for any reason you wish to make a complaint about our service, you can by emailing us at complaints.us@swoopfunding.com. We will try to resolve your concern at the earliest time possible. Further details on how we handle complaints may be found in our Terms & Conditions.
In the majority of cases, we will not charge you any fee for our credit broker service or for the provision of our comparison and switching service, as we mostly receive payment directly from the lender or service provider based upon successful provision of finance or their services. There may, however, be instances based on your circumstances where a fee is incurred to you.
We may charge you for the provision of our service of matching your business to equity investors, based upon the successful provision of equity finance as a result of an introduction from Swoop. We will in this case provide you with an engagement letter setting out clearly the service we are offering, including how our matching service works and the payments due upon the successful provision of the service. This is to ensure you understand the conditions of the provision of services before you proceed. Swoop will only proceed with the provision of investment matching services upon receipt of a signed engagement letter by you.
If you would like to know how much we will be paid by the lender or other service providers, we will disclose this information to you on request.

If at any time you wish us (or any company associated with us) to cease processing your personal data or sensitive personal data, or contacting you for marketing purposes, please email us at support@swoopfunding.com.
You may be assured that we and any company associated with us will treat all personal data and sensitive personal data as confidential and will not process it other than for a legitimate purpose. Steps will be taken to ensure that the information is accurate, kept up to date and not kept for longer than is necessary. Measures will also be taken to safeguard against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss or destruction or damage to the data.

Disclaimer: Swoop Funding LLC (“Swoop”) is a financial technology platform and commercial finance broker, not a lender. Swoop does not provide loans or make credit decisions. We match US-based firms with third-party lenders, equity funds, and grant agencies. All financing is subject to lender credit approval and the specific terms and conditions of the funding provider.
Broker Compensation Disclosure: Swoop provides its platform and matching services to applicants at no direct cost. We receive compensation in the form of a commission or referral fee from the finance providers in our network upon successful placement. This compensation may vary by provider and product. In certain instances, the commission paid to Swoop may influence the interest rate or terms offered by the lender, which can affect the total amount payable under your agreement.
Credit Authorization & FCRA Notice: By submitting an application or registering an account, you provide “written instructions” to Swoop under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to obtain your personal and/or business credit profile from consumer reporting agencies. This information is used solely to evaluate your eligibility for financing and to match you with appropriate lenders in our network.
