Swoop for Brokers will provide full training on how to use the platform, as well as an educational session around the different products and lenders available via the platform. Swoop for Brokers will provide any additional and ongoing training as needed. 

Each broker will get a dedicated account manager to support with any technical issues, general queries and feedback. 

The Swoop for Brokers platform has been developed so that brokers can prepare and submit deals to lenders in such a way that no Appointed Representative status is required for the FCA. 

However, we know some brokers would prefer Appointed Representative status and we are happy to provide this under Swoop’s FCA licence.

Swoop for Brokers can provide indemnity insurance to brokers who are using the platform. Please speak to a sales representative or register your interest to learn more.
