Kirsty has just graduated from The Academy of Contemporary Music studying Music Business & Innovation. She has 8 years’ experience in social media marketing, photography and content creation for brands. Kirsty helps build Swoop’s Social Media presence.

With previous experience in developing partnerships and a passion for content creation, Eleanor has joined the Swoop Marketing team to work closely with our Partners to maximise the potential of our partnerships in a way that benefits everyone involved.
Strategic Partnership Manager
Orla gained invaluable insight into the SME banking market working on the Business Banking Switch project with RBS. She works with Swoop’s Strategic Partners on collaborations that will help SMEs find the money and services that they need.
Marketing Coordinator
Maja is a part of the Swoop team in Dublin. She recently graduated from a business school in Esbjerg, Denmark, where she studied marketing, business economics and innovation. Maja works closely with the Marketing Partnerships Manager and supports the marketing team with different tasks.

Mirco recently completed his Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in Switzerland. Always being passionate about marketing, Mirco joined the Swoop marketing team as an intern in January 2021 and works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager.

Rob has joined Swoop after 7 years at Hiscox Insurance running their UK Partnerships and Private Client teams. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Insurance industry. Prior to Hiscox, he worked at RSA leading partnerships, marketing and commercial teams. Rob is also a member of the TechNation Insurtech board.
Strategic Partnership Manager Australia
Stephen has been involved with SMEs and start-ups from a young age, having helped run his family business in Ireland. He has spent the last five years working in international business, with a number of US economic development agencies, to attract FDI flows from Europe to the United States. After relocating to Australia to work with the Irish government trade agency Enterprise Ireland, Stephen has helped dozens of digital and fintech companies to enter and scale in the Australian market.
