Our mission is simple: take the stress out of financing for SMEs.

At Swoop, you’ll join a culture of high energy, curiosity, and ambition. We move fast, think smart, and deliver outcomes that make a difference to entrepreneurs everywhere.
About the Role
We are looking for a hungry, ambitious, and experienced Asset Finance professional who is ready to step up in their career.
This role is ideal for someone who has:
5+ years of experience writing asset finance deals into the UK lender market
A strong network of lenders, brokers, vendors, or SMEs
A desire to take on bigger transactions, more responsibility, and clear progression into leadership
As a Funding Manager within our Asset Finance team, you will handle a mix of mid-market asset and equipment finance opportunities while contributing to Swoop’s broader corporate funding mandate.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and will be positioned on a natural pathway toward becoming a future team lead, with the opportunity to shape the direction of our asset finance offering and build a high-performing team beneath you.
This is the perfect role for a driven asset finance professional seeking greater deal exposure, the ability to influence strategy, and a fast-track leadership opportunity in a high-growth fintech.
