Job overview
At Swoop, we prioritise data-driven decision-making to optimise our marketing strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As the Senior CRM Executive will report into the CRM Marketing Manager working within the global marketing team, but collaborating on a daily basis with key stakeholders around the business. The role is a collaborative role and will require building close relationships with internal teams including; funding managers, growth team, data team, CRM team, operations, and other product areas.
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our customer engagement strategies through data insights, directly influencing our growth trajectory. You will be instrumental in creating and executing effective content-driven campaigns to ultimately drive registrations, re-engagement in the platform and revenue growth. Leveraging your excellent writing skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in HubSpot, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to engage specific cohorts within our extensive database of businesses. While there will be an emphasis on targeted, data-driven email marketing, you will also be encouraged to laterally and work with the global marketing team to deliver wider re-engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Content strategy and development
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the objectives of the global marketing team alongside the various finance product areas – with data driven insights at the core of every decision that is made
Create compelling and targeted content for various finance products to resonate with specific business cohorts.
Collaboration with funding managers and cross-functional teams
Build strong relationships and work closely with funding managers, marketing team, and data analysts to understand the nuances of different finance products and tailor content accordingly.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
CRM campaign management
Utilise HubSpot to create and manage CRM campaigns, ensuring timely and targeted delivery.
Create campaigns and set up and optimise workflows to automate marketing processes and nurture leads effectively. Implement A/B testing and ongoing optimisation initiatives to drive engagement.
Data analysis and reporting
Utilise analytical skills to interpret CRM data and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Collaborate with the data team to gather insights and refine targeting strategies.
Utilise this data to continuously improve and optimise campaigns to drive engagement and ultimately revenues.
Audience segmentation
Identify and segment target audiences within the database based on business characteristics and needs.
Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights, informing targeted marketing strategies.
Tailor content and implement data-driven campaigns to address the specific pain points and requirements of each segment
Qualifications
Proficiency in HubSpot and data analysis tools.
Experience in segmenting customer data to tailor marketing efforts.
Proven experience in CRM content marketing, preferably in the financial services sector.
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
Ability to set up and optimise workflows for marketing automation.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across departments.
