An accountant and business advisor, who has been trading since 2019, decided that to grow the business, it was essential to stop renting office space and purchase their own premises.
After finding the ideal office space in the Forest Hill area of London and having his offer accepted, Swoop was approached to obtain a commercial mortgage to complete the purchase.
