      Swoop’s new hires are building out the company’s commercial mortgage offer and putting property ownership in the hands of SME owners.

      Commercial mortgages are a great option for many SMEs: the property market delivers good returns and for business owners who are looking at their exit strategy, the building in which they operate is a major asset that will add to the final value of their business. 

      Swoop has always offered commercial mortgages, and as interest in this sector has grown, the decision was made to add to the team to broaden our experience in a specialised market and ensure that Swoop customers are getting the best possible deal.

      Ann Marie Swift
      Ann Marie Swift – Commercial Finance Manager

      A Chartered Banker, Ann Marie has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector and has spent the last 20 years in a senior relationship management role with a high street bank’s corporate and commercial finance team. This saw Ann Marie working with a wide range of SMEs from manufacturers to tech-based businesses. Ann Marie uses her knowledge and experience to expertly support SMEs all the way through the process of financing a business or property with a range of flexible funding options. Her professional and ‘can do’ approach establishes strong relationships with clients who trust her to deliver the most competitive finance solutions from the debt market.

      Stuart Pawelczyk – Head of Commercial Mortgages & Property Finance

      With over 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Stuart has worked for global banks, niche property-based lenders and commercial finance houses that operate throughout the UK. He uses the experience he has gained across these roles to add value to his clients and their debt funding proposals. Stuart specialises in funding property-backed trading businesses and property portfolio lending. His experience in the care market and professional approach to raising market-leading finance terms has won him a band of loyal repeat clients.
